So, how can business be innovated?

As with everything there are two sides to the story. On the one side you need to know about how the process works, what is required from your organisation and its employees and on the the other side you will need concreet ideas that will transform your Business.

As to the first there are many companies that are able to help you, their way of working even has matured quit a bit over the last decade.

And although I use the same processes and tools, it is not what I will help you with!
